Apple Wrap

  • 1 apple (or your favorite fruit)
  • 2 spoonfuls of nut butter, cream cheese, or other spread
  • 1 tortilla wrap or flat bread
  • knife
  • plate


  1. Wash the apple (or other fruit) and cut it with a knife into small slices. Discard any cores and seeds.
  2. Place the tortilla wrap on top of your plate. Microwave the tortilla for about 5-10 seconds.
  3. Spread the nut butter all around the tortilla.
  4. Place the fruit slices on top of the nut butter. Make sure to put them all around.
  5. Roll up the tortilla wrap so that the fruit and nut butter are on the inside.
  6. Enjoy!
